Milwaukee is the New Chicago

I like to take a few trips downtown each year. Maybe more. I love the city and now that I am farther away I miss the interesting and delicious restaurants of the western suburbs. However, the prices of a decent hotel room in Chicago have rocketed from 150 ish to 250-350 in less that six months. I'm out.

Enter Milwaukee, less than 2 hours away, great restaurants, lakefront hotel WITH a kitchen is 150!
